Description

ADUM1201 is a dual channel Digital lsolator with 1 / 1 channel directivity. Based on the coupler technology of ad company, it integrates high-speed CMOS and single- chip transformer technology, and has better color rendering performance than alternative devices such as optical couplers. IC devices do not use LEDs and photodiodes, so there are no design difficulties related to optical couplers.The simple IC digital interface and stable performance of upler eliminate the problems of uncertain current transfer ratio, nonlinear transfer function, temperature and service life of optocouplers. No external drivers and other discrete devices are required. When the signal data rate is the same, the power consumption of I coupler device is only 1 / 10 to 1 / 6 of that of optocoupler.

• At 0mbps to 2Mbps, the maximum current of each channel is 0.8mA
• At 10Mbps, the maximum current of each channel is 2.2mA
• At 25mbps, the maximum current per channel is 4.8mA
